Developing promising talent

Our main aim is to help promising talents develop by placing them in clubs that will either serve as a stepping stone and/or ultimately help them realise their ambitions. We also ensure that any clubs involved in the development of these young talents are appropriately compensated in accordance with FIFA statutes. Our services gravitate towards the capped under- 17 to under -23 internationals undiscovered on the world stage.

"Reabsorbing" released players

The recent statistics of football clubs retained and released player’s lists reveal that retained players lists are decreasing while the latter are increasing. Too many players are finding themselves out of contract, consequently putting themselves in a very tough situation. This is why we work with clubs who are willing to give top talent the opportunity to be successful in the game.

This service is designed to strategically find released players the right clubs and configure the right contract for them. Depending on the circumstances, this could be temporary or permanent but the essence of this service is to keep the players career on track and in line with his aspirations.
