Tunisia have drawn 2:2 against Saudi Arabia in Munich
A first-half strike from Tunisia's Zied Jaziri, and second-half goals from Al Kahtani for the equaliser, before Saudi veteran striker Sami Al Jaber came on as a substitute in the last minutes of the game to score what looked like the winner for the Al Sugour, before Jaidi scored his injury-time equaliser.
Both teams started the game very warily, knowing that a defeat could spell an end to their chances of qualifying, even after just one match in the tournament.
Tunisia came close to opening the scoring in the 8th minute, with Adel Chedli's corner finding Karim Haggui, who rose well, but his downward header had too much strength on it, and it bounced up over the bar.
Saudi Arabia then had their first real opportunity, when Nawat Al Temyat was brought down 10 yards outside the box. The striker picks himself up to take the free-kick, which was deflected wide.
The Saudiís then had a string of corners, none of which could they capitalise on.
Then, against the run of play, Zied Jaziri scored for Tunisia in the
24th with a lovely volley after the Saudi defence made a mess of a clearance from a free kick.
Both teams had few chances in the remaining part of the first-half, with Tunisia taking the slender lead into half-time.
The Saudiís came out for the second half eager to score an equaliser and after a few half-hearted attempts, Yasser Al Kahtani equalised for Saudi Arabia with a lovely strike.
Mohammed Noor whipped in a low cross, with Al Kahtani stealing in between two Tunisian defenders and smashing the ball past Tunisian keeper Ali Boumnijel.
The Saudiís then started to dominate the match, with Al Kahtani having a close-range shot blocked, with the captain Hussein Sulimani shooting straight at Boumnijel in the follow-up.
Saudi Arabia striker sami Al Jaber came on with just 8 minutes left, to try and inspire a winner for the Saudiís.
It took just 90 seconds for the veteran to make his mark.
Saudi Arabia caught Tunisia on the break, with one of the substitutes Malek Al Hawsawi setting up a perfect ball for Al Jaber, who sprinted on to the Tunisian goal, and tucked away the ball neatly past Boumnijel.
It looked like Saudi Arabia had won the match, but in the second minute of injury-time, Rahdi Jaidi rose from a cross from Naif Al Qadi to head the ball past the helpless Mohammed Al Deayea for a last-gasp equaliser.
